Purpose: Inasmuch as there are two air conditioners (AC) in a same room from a same brand, If I turn on one of them then another would be turned on too. Therefore, I assemble a remote circuit breaker (can be turned on by a remote control) for each AC.
How to do it:
Preparation
2 remote Circuit breakers, 2 remote controls.
Installation (Same with both AC)
Safety
Turn off the main circuit breaker, use mains tester screwdriver to test if there is electricity passing this wire.
Initial condition:
There are 2 air conditioners called A and B.
There are totally 3 pair of wires.
2 pairs of wires came from the wall in which one of them is the power supply, one of them is the power cable of the air conditioner B.
Another pair of wires is from the air conditioner A
These 3 pairs of wires are connected toghether with positive to positive, negative to negative
Connecting wires
Firstly, I disconnected all 3 pairs of wires.
I bought 2 other pairs of wires, I connected these 2 pairs to the power supply pair of wires. The other ends of these two pairs were connected to the input of two remote circuit breakers.
The Power source cable of the air conditional A and B were connected to two remote circuit breaker (separately)
Set up the circuit breaker and remote control
Hold 5 seconds the button on CB (circuit breaker) to start learning frequency from the remote. First time learning, the CB would be learning turning on frequency (signal). Next, hold the button for 5 seconds to start the second-time learning for CB to learn turning off frequency.
