1. Situation: The gaming controller connection was not stable, it kept disconnecting and reconnecting continuously.
2. Diagnosing: Because the wire seemed to be in a very good condition, I predicted that the problem would be inside the controller because the wire usually got stretch, and the soldering point might be loosened.
3. Solution: Resoldering the loosened wire to the port.
4. Action:
- Step 1: unscrew, teardown the controller.

- Step 2: open the cover, check the current condition of the controller

It can be seen the the red wire was disconnected from the mainboard.
- Step 3: Desoldering the redundant wire and lead from the board

I used the soldering iron to melt the lead, and used the absorber to absorb the redundant wire and lead.
- Step 4: I cut the cover of the red wire to put the core through the board,

- Step 5: I soldered it using soldering iron and lead

Risk: Soldering slow, raising the temperature of the board, which may melt the board (made of plastic), affecting other accessories (made of plastic).
- Step 6: Test if it works, screw the controller back.

5. Result: The connection of the controller has been good again.
